We live in a world of information overload. That’s why I’m here. I’ll stay on top of the latest health and fitness information and pass it along to you in tidbits of information that you can use. I’ll help you make lifestyle changes at a pace that’s comfortable for you. We’re all busy and I know it’s difficult to find time to stay active and eat healthy. Together we will find the time – my simple tips will help!
I am not here to judge you or to guilt you into change. I am just going to offer you better options for a better you!
What are my Wellbeing secrets? Eating a healthy diet (that includes a daily dose of chocolate and a glass of red wine!), going for a run 5 days a week, spending time with friends and family, laughing and getting 8 hours of sleep. Also, I make a weekly trip to the beach. After a stressful week, being near the sea clears my head, relaxes me and rejuvenates my body and spirit.
